In 2022, DIAGEO embarked on an extensive leadership development program aimed at empowering its leaders. This program involved internally developed workshops, anchored to a set of coaching values, and measured through a 360-degree coaching diagnostic accordingly. The results and outcomes assist program participants in gaining a deep understanding of the key behaviours driving successful coaching at DIAGEO, as well as how they are seen by their coachees.
