Check in with your Growth Plan!

The consensus on any growth or development, whether that’s learning a new skill, or self-improvement, is that consistency and discipline are essential.

In our experience of offering 360-degree feedback, users and managers engage with the data, read the feedback, sometimes carry out an effective debrief, and then shelve the report. The period of reflection that is so necessary to implementing small but significant changes is abruptly cut short and forgotten.

That’s why, in building our new platform, Halo Grow, we’ve invested considerable time and resources into developing the Growth Plan: an AI-led user journey that maps areas of focus, incorporates 360 insights, and builds a personalised development plan that encourages regular check-ins.

The Growth Plan recommends which competencies to target and schedules future sessions. However, the AI’s recommendations never supersede user preferences. Competencies can be freely added or removed, and users can set their own growth rhythm, choosing weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions across a 3-, 6- or 9-month period.

Each session is a structured conversation with the AI Coach, designed to prompt positive, actionable change. Together, you’ll delve deeper into the feedback report and explore practical ways to apply what you’ve discovered. Every session is saved in your Growth Story for future reference, allowing the Coach to build on previous conversations and use them as the foundation for future sessions.

In the Growth Plan you’ll also find any external development resources that have been incorporated alongside Key Insights that provide a clear interpretation of the feedback and an immediate, practical tip for taking action.
